She was well qualified and experienced to find a new job, but her confidence had dropped so she felt stuck.

In our initial group mindset call she and I agreed that procrastination, fear of failure and constant self criticism were maintaining her high functioning. 

It stopped her from moving forward in her life, and moving out of the exhausting situation she was in. 

So this is what we worked on in the program. 

She attended her 1st mindset call, somatic coaching session and Flow session, and within the first few weeks of joining the Frozen To Fearless program she had conquered one of her main struggles and started taking action towards the life she wanted. I'm so so proud of her and very excited for her.

Changing your consistent small daily habits make all the difference when it comes to high functioning anxiety as a HSP.

I love that she was able to stop letting fear dictate her actions, face her personal mountain (lack of confidence to apply for new jobs) and move forward.
