SO WHAT NOW?

1. Mindfulness
It takes practice but is not as hard as it sounds – every single time you notice that you've been distracted by random thoughts, try and bring your attention back to the present moment.
2. Time - Boxing
This technique teaches you to postpone your overthinking to a particular over thinking period when you have the time and mental capacity to think things through properly in a structured way
3. Create Real Solutions
Think through your worries to create the solutions you need, ensure your problem solving rather than letting those overthinking thoughts run wild.
